20. Payment under award : On the determination of the compensation under sub-section (1) of Section 17, or on the making of an award under sub-section (2) of Section 17 or, if an application is made under Section 19 against such award, after decision of the Flood Zoning authority, the compensation shall be paid by Flood Zoning Authority and the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Act No. 30 of 2013) shall apply to such payment.
