23. Flood zoning Authority other officers to be public servants : The Flood zoning Authority and other officers and employees authorized under this Act shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of sub-section (28) of Section 2 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (Act No. 45 of 2023).
