26. Power of Court : A Civil Court of competent jurisdiction shall have jurisdiction to settle, decide or deal with any dispute which is by or under this Act required to be settled, decided or deal with by the Flood Zoning Authority or such other officer as is authorized by the State Government in this behalf.
