Section 42. Recovery of fines.

42. The provisions of the Indian Penal Code Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 in relation to the issue and the execution of warrants for the levy of fines, shall apply to all fines imposed under any enactment, or rule or bye-law made thereunder, unless the enactment, rule or bye-law, contains an express provision to the contrary.
