Section 23. Savings
THE ARUNACHAL PRADESH MOTOR VEHICLES TAXATION ACT, 1984 (No. 5 of 1984) as amended

23. Notwithstanding anything contained in this' Act, anything done or any action taken in relation to levy and collection of tax on motor vehicles under the Assam Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, I936, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act, as if this Act was in force on the day on which such thing was done or such action was taken.
