13. The Council shall maintain a Register of :-
(a) Nurses ;
(b) Nurse Midwives ;
(c) Lady Health Visitors ;
(d) Female Health Workers or Auxiliary Nurse-cum-Midwife in such forms containing such particulars and divided into such parts as may be prescribed.
