1. (1) This Act may be called the Arunachal Pradesh Protection of Medical Service Personnel and Medical Service Institutions (Prevention of Violence and Damage or Loss of Property) Act, 2019.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
