Section 4. Penalty. THE ARUNACHAL PRADESH PROTECTION OF MEDICAL SERVICE PERSONNEL AND MEDICAL SERVICE INSTITUTIONS (PREVENTION OF VIOLENCE AND DAMAGE OR LOSS OF PROPERTY) ACT, 2019

4. Any person, who commits any act in contravention of section 3, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term not less than 3 years which may extend upto 10 years, or with fine which may extend upto 5 lakhs rupees or with both.
