3A. Notwithstanding anything contained in section 3, the salary payable to the Chief Minister, Deputy Chief Minister, Ministers (including Leader of Opposition), Minister of State and Deputy Ministers under Section 3 shall be reduced by thirty percent, for a period of one year commencing from 1 April, 2020, to meet the exigencies arising out of Corona Virus (Covid-19) pandemic".
