3A.Notwithstanding, anything contained in section 3, the salary payable to the Speaker and Deputy Speaker, under Section 3 shall be reduced by thirty percent, for a period of one year commencing from 1stApril, 2020, to meet the exigencies arising out of Corona Virus (Covid-19) pandemic.
