Section 10. Duties and functions of the secretary.

10. The Secretary shall be responsible for - (a) Preparing the agenda for, and for keeping record of all deliberations of, the meetings of the Board; (b) representing the Board in all litigations. (c) carrying out such other duties which may be assigned by the Chairman from time to time.
