Section 4. Appointment, terms of office and conditions of service of the Chairperson and members.

4. (1) The Chairperson and other members of the Board shall be appointed by the Governor and shall hold office during his pleasure. (2) The normal tenure of the members of the Board shall be two years. Provided that a member who is appointed on deputation, may be of three years extendable to five years.
