Section 17. Fund of the Council.

17. The Council shall maintain account in Nationalised Bank for all receipts including grants received from the State Government, or Government of India, or from other funding agencies, which is not prohibited by any law for the time being in force. This fund shall be used for recurring/non-recurring expenditure of the Council.
