Section 19. Maintenance of Account.

19. (1) The Annual Accounts and Balance Sheet of the Council shall be prepared showing all the incomes and expenditures of the Account. (2) The Account shall be audited by an authorised Chartered Accountant/ Government Auditors at the discretion of the Council. (3) The Annual Accounts and Balance Sheet along with Audit Report shall be presented before the Council in its Annual meeting and shall be submitted to the Government thereafter.
