THE ARUNACHAL PRADESH UNIVERSITY ACT, 2012

21. (1) The Finance Committee shall consist of the following:- (i) The Vice-Chancellor (ii) The Pro-Vice-Chancellor, if any ; (iii) The Secretary, Finance Department of the Government of Arunachal Pradesh. (iv) The Secretary, Education Department of the Government of Arunachal Pradesh. (v) One Principal affiliated/constituent college to be nominated by the Vice-Chancellor ; (vi) One Dean to be nominated by the Vice-Chancellor ; (vii) Finance Officer of the University. (2) All members of the Finance Committee other than the ex-officio members shall hold office for a term of three years. (3) Four members shall form the quorum for a meeting of the Finance Committee. (4) The powers and functions of the Finance Committee shall be prescribed by the Statutes.
