Section 6. Detention not to be invalid or inoperative on certain grounds.

6. No detention order shall be invalid or inoperative merely by the reason that,— (1) That the person to be detained under there is outside the limit of the territorial Jurisdiction of the officer making the order. (2) That the place of detention of such person is outside the said limits.
