Section 7. Weighing Instruments.

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Assam Weights and Measures (Enforcement) Act, 1959 (Assam Act No. XIX of 1959), as listed in the Assam Legislative Department's list of repealed Acts; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
7. Properly stamped weighing instruments shall be kept at all places where secondary standards or working standards of weights are kept. Such instruments shall be of such kind and kept, verified, adjusted or replaced in such manner as may be prescribed.
