Section 50. Delegation of Power. THE ASSAM AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY ACT, 1968 (SINGLE DOCUMENT)

50. The Board may by Statutes delegate to any officer or authority of the University any of the powers conferred on it by this Act or by the Statutes to be exercised subject to such restrictions and conditions as may be prescribed.
