Section 30. Power to remove difficulties

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Assam Repealing Act, 2022 (33 of 2022); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
30. If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may make such order or do such thing, not inconsistant with the provisions of this Act, as appears to it to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty.
