Section 3. Legal entity of the University.

3. (1) The Chancellor, the Vice Chancellor, the Pro-Vice Chancellor and the members of the Court, the Executive Council, and the Academic Council so long as they continue to hold such office or membership shall constitute a body corporate by the name of “The Bhattadev University”. (2) The University shall have perpetual succession and a common seal, and shall sue and be sued by that name.
