Section 58. Existing Teachers and Staff.

58. (1) All posts of Bajali College including the vacant posts are transferred immediately to the Bhattadev University with effect from the date of commencement of this Act. (2) The existing teachers and staff of the Bajali College shall constitute a special cadre with respect to their service conditions at the time of their appointments. (3) All pension matters of the present and past teachers and staff of Bajali College (now upgraded to Bhattadev University) shall be handled by the Directorate of Higher Education.
