Section 7. Report of births and deaths on land in the occupation of an employer of labour.

7. Every person who may be required to report births or deaths on deaths on land in the occupation of an employer of labour shall report monthly before the 8th of the month to the registrar all such births and deaths as have occurred within the preceding calendar month.
