Section 4. Upgradation of the existing Bongaigaon College to University The Bongaigaon University Act, 2023

4. From the commencement of this Act, the existing Bongaigaon College shall be deemed to have been upgraded to Bongaigaon University. All aspect of teaching and research shall be decided by the University.
