Section 10. Power to notify infected areas.

This Act was repealed on 30 September 2022 by the Assam Repealing Act, 2022 (33 of 2022), s.2 and the Schedule (the whole Act); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
10. The Provincial Government or such officer as it may authorise in this behalf may, in the manner prescribed, declare any local area in which any cattle is affected by or exposed to any contagious disease specified in such notification to be an infected area.
