Section 16. Marking of animals.

This Act was repealed on 30 September 2022 by the Assam Repealing Act, 2022 (33 of 2022), s.2 and the Schedule (the whole Act); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
16. For the purpose of identification, the Veterinary Officer may mark the inoculated animal by branding or tattooing with letters or numerals, or with both.
