Section 18. No fee to be charged for inoculation.

This Act was repealed on 30 September 2022 by the Assam Repealing Act, 2022 (33 of 2022), s.2 and the Schedule (the whole Act); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
18. Except as provided in sub-section (1) of section 6 no fee shall be recoverable for inoculation carried out in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
