Section 8. Prohibition to pass beyond quarantine station.

This Act was repealed on 30 September 2022 by the Assam Repealing Act, 2022 (33 of 2022), s.2 and the Schedule (the whole Act); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
8. No person importing cattle into any area during a season and by route appointed for such area under section 3 shall pass beyond a quarantine station unless he holds a permit under section 7 in respect of the cattle in his charge.
