Section 14. Delegation of functions.

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Assam Cattle Preservation Act, 2021 (named as the Act repealing it at entry 33 of the Assam Legislative Department's list of repealed Acts; the list gives no date); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
14. Delegation of functions.—The State Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, delegate to any officer of the State Government all or any of its powers or functions under sub-sections (4) and (5) of section 5, or section 13.
