Section 21. Trial of offences by Judicial Magistrates The Assam Compulsory Registration of Muslim Marriages and Divorces Act, 2024

21. Any offence under this Act shall be tried summarily by a Judicial Magistrate of First Class in accordance with the procedure as laid down in the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
