Section 28. Enforcement.

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by The Assam Consolidation of Holdings (Repealing) Act, 2022 (Assam Act 11 of 2022); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
28. If the Settlement Officer or Consolidation Officer is obstructed in any lawful action taken under the provisions of this Act or the rules thereunder, he may use or cause to be used such reasonable force as may be necessary in the circumstances.
