Section 7. Survey of the villages.

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by The Assam Consolidation of Holdings (Repealing) Act, 2022 (Assam Act 11 of 2022); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
7. For the purpose of preparing the Scheme, the Consolidation Officer shall have the power to carry out, if necessary, any survey or re-survey of any land included in the Scheme, and for that purpose shall exercise the powers of a Survey Officer under part B of Chapter III of the Assam Land and Revenue Regulation, 1886.
