Section 15. Functions of the Advisory Council.

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by The Assam Repealing Act, 2022 (XXXIII); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
15. The functions of the Advisory Council shall be :- (a) to advise the Authority on matters referred to it for successful implementation of the plans and schemes of the Authority; (b) to secure the efficient discharge of the functions of the Authority ; (c) to do such other things as may be prescribed.
