Section 17. Rejection of Appeal by the Appellate Authority

17. If after consideration of all the relevant facts, the Appellate Authority is satisfied that the appeal is not found to be fit for consideration as per the relevant provisions of the Act and the Rules framed there under, the Appellate Authority may reject the appeal, within the stipulated period of sixty days clearly stating the cogent reasons thereof, with a clear speaking orders, with due intimation, in writing, to all concerned.
