Section 25. State Level Monitoring Body

25. (1) State Government shall, by notification, constitute a State Level Monitoring Body to closely monitor the implementation of the provisions of this Act in order to lessen the hardship to the sick and old dependent parents/divyang siblings. (2) The Body so constituted shall also keep in mind and strive to widen the impact of the Act to reinforce the basic morality and family values among the employees and thereby, advance the influence of such values in the Society at large, beyond the employees of the Government.
