The Assam Entry Tax Act, 2008

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Assam Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Assam Act XXVIII of 2017), s.174(1)(ii); it may still apply to matters that began before then.

13. (1) The Assam Entry Tax Act, 2001 is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Act so repealed shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act, as if this Act were in force at all material times.
