Section 13. Procedure to be follow after arrest. The Assam Forest Protection Force Act, 1986 (SINGLE DOCUMENT)

13. Any supervisory officer or member of the Force making an arrest under this Act shall, without unnecessary delay, make over or send the person so arrested to a Magistrate having jurisdiction in the case.
