Section 5. Form of license.

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by The Assam Prisons Act, 2013; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
5. A license granted under the provisions of section 2 shall be in such form and shall contain such conditions as the Provincial Government may by rules, or, in special cases, orders, made in this behalf direct.
