Section 25. Design, construction and materials of Vessels.

25. The design, construction and materials of the hull structure as well as machineries and equipment of the vessels shall be suitably certified to ensure safe operations of Vessels for the intended services. All reasonable efforts shall be made for making passenger vessels differently-abled friendly.
