Section 42. Appointment of surveyor. THE ASSAM INLAND WATER TRANSPORT REGULATORY AUTHORITY ACT, 2018 (SINGLE DOCUMENT)

42. The Regulatory Authority shall appoint such number of Surveyors in order to carry on regular inspection and checking of ferries and vessels so as to ensure compliance with all safety provisions of this Act.
