Section 16. Controller of Examinations

16. (1) The Controller of Examinations shall be a full-time salaried officer of the University and shall be appointed by the Executive Council on a full-time basis; (2) It shall be the duty of the Controller of Examination to hold various examinations of the University and its constituent and affiliated Colleges; (3) The Controller of Examinations shall be the authority to hold examinations and ensure that the results are declared in time.
