Section 44. Directors of Centre

44. (a) There shall be a Director of each Centre who shall be responsible for the due observance of the Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations relating to the Centre. He or she shall be the Executive Officer of the Centre and shall preside at its meeting. (b) The Director of each Centre shall hold office for a period of three years and be appointed by the Executive Council from amongst the Professors/Associate Professors of the University.
