This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by The Assam Repealing Act, 2022 (XXXIII); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
1. (1) This Act may be called the Assam Kala-azar Treatment Act, 1949. (2) It extends to the whole of Assam. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the Provincial Government may, by notification, appoint.
