Section 51. Special provision for Council areas

51. (1) The Government shall consult and give due regard to the views of the General Council before any law is made and implemented in the Council Area on the following subjects, namely:- (a) The religions and social practice of the Koch Rajbongshi Community. (b)The customary laws and procedures of the Koch Rajbongshi Community.
