Section 39. Finance Committee

39. There shall be a Finance Committee of the University consisting of the following members, namely :— (i) The Vice-Chancellor as Chairperson; (ii) Registrar; (iii) Two members elected from the Court from amongst its members; (iv) Two members elected by the Executive Council from its members; (v) Two members to be nominated by the State Government, one from the Finance Department and the other from the Higher Education Department, Government of Assam; (vi) Finance (and Accounts) Officer as Member Secretary.
