Section 4. Upgradation of the existing Kokrajhar Government College to University The Kokrajhar University Act, 2024

4. From the commencement of this Act, the existing Kokrajhar Government College shall be deemed to have been upgraded to Kokrajhar University. All aspect of teaching and research shall be decided by the University.
