THE ASSAM MADRASSA EDUCATION (PROVINCIALISATION OF SERVICES OF EMPLOYEES AND RE-ORGANISATION OF MADRASSA EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS) ACT, 2018 (SINGLE DOCUMENT)

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by The Assam Repealing Act, 2020 (upheld by the Gauhati High Court in February 2022); it may still apply to matters that began before then.

11. The constitution, composition, powers, functions and duties of the Managing Committee in respect of Pre-Senior Madrassa shall be governed by the provisions of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 and the rules framed thereunder.
