THE ASSAM MADRASSA EDUCATION (PROVINCIALISATION OF SERVICES OF EMPLOYEES AND RE-ORGANISATION OF MADRASSA EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS) ACT, 2018 (SINGLE DOCUMENT)

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by The Assam Repealing Act, 2020 (upheld by the Gauhati High Court in February 2022); it may still apply to matters that began before then.

15. The State Level Scrutiny Committee shall be the appellate authority against any recommendation of the District Scrutiny Committee and the State Government in the concerned administrative department shall be the Appellate Authority against any recommendation of the State Level Scrutiny Committee.
