THE ASSAM MADRASSA EDUCATION (PROVINCIALISATION OF SERVICES OF EMPLOYEES AND RE-ORGANISATION OF MADRASSA EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS) ACT, 2018 (SINGLE DOCUMENT)

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by The Assam Repealing Act, 2020 (upheld by the Gauhati High Court in February 2022); it may still apply to matters that began before then.

21. (1) If any difficulty arises in interpretation of any provisions of this Act, interpretation of the State Government shall be final. (2) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by order do anything not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act which appear to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty.
