Section 11. Officers, Employees and other administrative set-up of the Authority.

11. (1) The Authority shall have such officers, employees and other admisnistrative set-up for efficient functioning of the Authoritiy. (2) The conditions of service of such officers and employees shall be such as the Government may determine from time to time. (3) Till establishment of a permanent set-up, the Authority shall function from the office of the Commissioner, Upper Assam Division and avail the services of the existing staff of the office of the Commissioner, Upper Assam Division.
