Section 16. Authorities of the University.

16. The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:- (a) the Academic Council; (b) the Board; (c) the faculties; (d) the Board of Studies; (e) such other authorities as may be declared from time to time by the Statutes to be authorities of the University.
